When Bob Longhi opened Longhi's at 888 Front Street in Lahaina, Maui in 1976 he created an establishment that had all the elements of his favorite restaurants: great food, great service, and wonderful atmosphere. Bob is proud to announce the newest addition to his Kitchen, his new Chef and kitchen manager, Carol Longhi O'Leary, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of American in Hyde Park, New York. Carol will be maintaining Longhi's high standard while bringing new tastes and creations to the table on a nightly basis. Mama's Fish House is actually a converted beach house in a coconut grove on a secluded white sand beach. Inside, hinged windows open to let in the tradewinds and Polynesian artifacts and original oil paintings decorate tropical hardwood walls.
